King's Bridge


Built in 1796, it was the first attempt to build a road over the river Júcar. Located to the left of the Valencia-Albacete motorway shortly before crossing the river Júcar in the region of Gavarda. 


There are six small semicircular arches of masonry and brick in the southern part of the bridge . Some of these arches were walled up to be used in agriculture as warehouses. In the northern part these arches were not finished.
